Shipping rates are determined by the carrier UPS or USPS at checkout after you have entered your shipping address.

Calculated at checkout based on weight and address.

** Duties and taxes are subjected to being collected at the time of delivery by your shipping company for international deliveries. The customer is responsible for these fees. 

 

*Shipping speed does not include the time it will take to process the order. Processing time is approximately 1-2 business days.

Once we have shipped your item you will be updated with a tracking number. If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery issues such as delays, marked as delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact the courier directly for it to be investigated.  We are not responsible for items marked as delivered but you did not receive it or lost in the mail packages. Please file a claim with the respectable courier.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility as the customer to enter the correct address. Luxe Muse is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail due to undeliverable address or wrong address entered at checkout.

*If items are delivered to the wrong address, we are not responsible to replace items.

We are not responsible to reship items returned to us for said reason. A refund will be processed in this case.

*If you imputed the wrong address contact us ASAP to fix. Order cannot be fixed if you contact us after it has already been shipped.
