Refund policy

Read Carefully!

Do not return an item without contacting us first to make sure it meets our return criteria.

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your item, Luxe Muse gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise with original tags attached purchased from our online store that shipped to a U.S address to original payment method within 7 days after purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

We are happy to exchange an item if the sizing is incorrect upon availability.

  • Original tags must be attached.
  • There should be no sign of wear.
  • If items are not in original condition, it cannot be exchanged.
  • We do not offer free returns.

Allow 2 business days for items returned to be inspected and refunded. You will be notified once your return has been processed.

Final Sale

All items such as bodysuits, bralettes, accessories, custom orders and 'on sale items' are considered final sale and cannot be returned, credited or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of return. You will receive a notification once your return is complete. 

Items returned to sender will be refunded to original payment methods. i.e customer never accepted the items from courier.  

Damaged Items

Items are inspected before we ship them. We will never send you an item that is damaged.  Damages caused by customer mishandling will not be replaced. Damages caused by courier will be investigated.

Cancellations

Orders are processed between 1 and 2 business days. If you need to cancel an order is has to be done before your order has been processed. If items have already been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If items are refused and returned to us by courier, it will be refunded to original payment method. 

  • If we are notified before order ships original payment method is refunded.
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up in your account.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to enter the correct address. Please notify us as soon as possible if you entered the incorrect address. Luxe Muse is not responsible for lost packages to undeliverable addresses. In this case we will not offer a refund or store credit.
